The ultimate goal of the mastitis project is to develop a medium throughput analysis platform for detection of bacterial infections in milk. Goal of the proposed project: The project proposed here is divided into two phases having both a duration of three months: Phase 1 Process establishment, transfer of the planar biochip based platform for mastitis analysis to a microtiter plate format Phase 2: Adaptation of the mastitis analysis process to medium throughput; The starting date of phase 2 depends on the deployment of the appropriate hardware / software for the medium throughput devices by SafeGuard.
